Does the term exportation in the Exportation of

Arms Act 1900 include the case of goods in course of shipment from one neutral country to another (1) if transhipped in a

British Port and (2) if not transhipped but remaining on board a vessel which merely calls at a British Port. The former question arises on the corresponding Hongkong Ordin- ance in respect to a cargo of unwrought copper shipped from Tacoma, United States of America, to Genoa consigned to the Societa Metallurgica Italiana, Genoa, which is in a warehouse hers in course of transhipment. Latter question also may

arise at any time.
